Payroll Transfer is an option which allows businesses the advantage to evaluate employees when they’ve done their own recruitment and hiring by putting that employee initially on RK Staffing's payroll.

Payroll Transfer Defined

The client has both the job and the individual for a particular job.

RK Staffing will assume all payroll burden including taxes, unemployment contribution and workers compensation.

Payroll Transfer differs from our standard service; it does not include recruiting, advertising, reference checking, or the selection process. It does include drug testing at no cost to our clients.

Due to the fact that we perform only a portion of our services, the charge to the client is a lower hourly rate.

Should the client desire payroll transfer employees to receive benefits, the client will absorb the cost for that benefit.

RK Staffing will provide clients with customized billing and management reports for all payroll transfers at no cost!
