Before you begin, please read the following suggestions: 1. Before you begin data entry, have job history information such as dates of employment, company names, locations and job titles. 2. Remember, a resume will be created as you fill out the data fields. Use correct upper and lower case letters, write in sentence format, check all spelling and use proper punctuation. 3. OBJECTIVE section. This is an optional field but very much recommended. Your resume objective states your desired position. Example: To secure a _______ position in the _______ industry that will utilize my gained knowledge and experience. 4. SUMMARY section. This is an optional field. Your resume SUMMARY can state your overall years of experience, your field, major skills and accomplishments. 5. You must complete all fields to submit your information and to produce the best possible resume. 6. Your last seven (7) jobs are required to submit your information. If you have had less than 7 jobs, place a - (dash) in all fields that you leave blank. 7. Check only the skill sets that you a have experience in!
